victim Now streaming on Hulu, it was the hottest topic among movie fans this weekend. At the time of this writing, the latest predator Movie is playing rotten tomatoes by 93% of critics and 82% of the public. ComicBook.comSpencer Perry gave the movie 4 out of 5 and called it “the best entry” for the franchise since the original. There have been many tweets praising the movie’s star, Amber Midthunder (Naru), but she’s not the only one getting love from fans. Other notable cast includes Coco the dog who plays Sari, Naru’s loyal companion. A lot of people have taken to social media to express their love for Sari and she is a very, very good girl. Before checking out some of the tweets about Sarii, here’s what Minthunder and director Dan Trachtenberg had to say about working with Coco…
“It was kind of a disaster,” Midthunder admitted while talking to him Dexerto. “It was a little messy – but in a nice way.” She added that Coco is “not a movie dog.” Midthunder explained, “She was literally adopted to be in this movie, and she just so happened to have a very high energy.”
“It’s always a nail-biting moment for us on set,” Trachtenberg added, “Do you love Coco, make her mark and do what she needs to do? “Despite the fact that it can sometimes be difficult to work with animals, the people involved clearly had a lot of love for the puppy.
“It was a journey to get there sometimes, but it always did. It was so exciting, and a lot of cheer was happening when we finally got to experience a great Coco.” He added, “Everyone while we were developing it and showing off the discounts to friends and family was like ‘More dogs! We love the dog! I was like, ‘You don’t understand. We are using every usable tire for this dog.”
“A lot of having Coco around was just running wild and doing moves and being so excited to see everyone all the time. For me, personally, it was a dream. To make a movie, you know… Sarri’s character is very different from Coco’s. It shows what a good director is. Dan”.
